Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. UniqueCoils reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, product availability problems, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

Made-to-Order Products

UniqueCoils physical PEMF products are individually handcrafted and made to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and the individual product being created.

Handcrafted Variations

Because products are handcrafted and may contain natural materials, crystals, metals, and individually produced components, appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website.

Natural variations in color, pattern, shape, texture, and placement are not considered defects.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required through the checkout process before an order is accepted for production.

Payments are processed by Stripe. UniqueCoils does not directly store payment-card information entered through Stripe Checkout.

Free U.S. Shipping

Eligible physical PEMF products include complimentary standard shipping within the United States. Shipping information is collected during checkout.

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been completed and shipped.

Cancellations

A customer may request cancellation before production begins.

Once production has started, the order becomes final and cannot normally be cancelled because materials, labor, and production time have been committed to the custom order.

Returns and Final Sale

Custom-made physical products are final sale once production begins. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, preference changes, or similar reasons.

Exceptions may be considered when the wrong item was supplied or when an item was damaged during shipping. Please review our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy for additional information.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers should provide clear photographs of the damaged product and shipping packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

General Wellness Use

UniqueCoils products are offered for general wellness and personal-use purposes. They are not presented as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Buy Me a Coffee listing is a voluntary support purchase. It does not include a physical PEMF product, shipping, or a promise of goods or services beyond what is expressly stated on the listing.
