Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Made to Order
UniqueCoils physical products are individually handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for the customer, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.
Production times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and the individual piece being created.
Free U.S. Shipping
Physical PEMF products include complimentary shipping within the United States. There is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout for eligible physical PEMF products.
Once an order has been completed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before production begins.
Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled because materials, labor, and production time have been committed specifically to that custom order.
Returns
Because UniqueCoils physical products are custom-made and made to order, all sales are final once production begins.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference changes, or other reasons unrelated to an incorrect or damaged order.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is different from the item you ordered, please contact UniqueCoils as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping box or packaging
- Any visible damage to the exterior packaging
This information helps us document the shipping damage and determine the appropriate resolution.
